Condo Listing "Progress Report"

Things are really moving along with the condo I have listed (see link at bottom of page...)! A few offers and counter-offers have already been submitted, and there is still an open house scheduled for this coming Sunday. I think it will sell very quickly! It's an exciting process to go through, and I am looking forward to seeing how it will all pan out...
